Almost, but I think he had a preference towards heroin rather than PCP-that's me you're thinking of. Yes he was 7 feet tall, probably killed a few people. Maybe he'll come back at some point? Probably not tho.

I'm blanking on what you mean by "write-ups." The only things I have from the RPG are what I created, so... a ton of maps, planet descriptions, NPC bios, and other such things. I also have one PL report, which I can hardly decipher anymore:
