But the back and forth conversations are what keep forums going.
They are kind of like the old school way of chatting.
But at the same time leaving it open for anyone else to jump in and leave their thoughts behind.
I really wish that a lot of things on the internet would go back to the ways of old where you knew that when your conversation was posted to the public and that people could reply and when it was deleted there was no worry of how long the records were kept for they were just deleted and that was the end of that.
But these days companies think that it is a good idea to hold on to all the information that they can.
( Although on a side note, I am going through my old hard drives trying to find the old backups of forumlegacy with all the information of everyone to try to get them back but man I have about 300 OLD hard drives to go through ).
