I am currently working on programming the backed to be compatible with the forums.
Basically integrating the site and the forums together.

Re: Beta Website Template.
Why not just use a CMS? phpBB is popular enough to have integration plugins on most platforms, I'd imagine. Less work for you and layout templates abound.

I could use a CMS if we decide what we want to do as a site that wouldn't be an issues.
